About Property Redress

We are an independent organisation dedicated to resolving disputes between consumers and property agents in the UK and have been authorised by the Government since 2014. Our independent service provides impartial mediation and resolution, promoting transparency and trust within the property industry

Who are Property Redress?

Our purpose is to provide a fair and impartial platform for addressing complaints about estate agents, letting agents, and property managers. We make sure that all property agents comply with the legal requirement to offer redress, giving consumers confidence and peace of mind.

Through a process that includes initial assessment, mediation, and formal adjudication, we work diligently to resolve issues effectively and equitably, safeguarding the interests of both consumers and property professionals.

We are authorised by the Ministry of Housing. Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agent Team (NTSELAT) to provide redress for estate, lettings and property management agents. We are also authorised by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) to resolve disputes, under the ADR Regulations 2015.
